		<title><![CDATA[ 매번 오시는 감기님. ]]> </title>

  올해도 어김없이 찾아오셔서 날 힘들게 하셨다. <br><br>&nbsp;정말 오랜만에 주말을 집에서만 보냈다.. 신기한 주말 밖에 나가 놀지를 않다니 이내가..^^;;; <br><br>&nbsp;항상 주말 열심히놀고 피곤한 월요일을 맞이했는데.. 곧 2분지나면 월요일이라는게 믿기질&nbsp; 않는다. 오늘 집에만있어서..-_-<br><br>&nbsp;뭐 나름 괜찮은 여유를 가졌다. 정말 눈물나게 바쁜 요즈음 인지라 .. <br><br>&nbsp;월요일이 돌아오면 또 금새 눈감았다 뜨는사이에 일요일이 된다. 일은 점점 늘어나고, 몸은 점점 축나고 이러다 골병들게 생겼다.<br><br>&nbsp;정말 일에 치여서 산다는게 무슨말인지 실감난다.&nbsp;피할수 없으면 즐겨라~! 라는데 난 그게안돼-ㅅ-<br><br>&nbsp;몸도 마음도 왜이리 허약해졌는지.. 운동을 더 열심히 해야겠다. <br><br>&nbsp;흐물흐물 늘어져있으면 안돼지 않겠는가.. <br><br>&nbsp;저번주는 아파서 뭐 거의 운동을 못했다.&nbsp; 이제 월요일부터는 다시 열운동해야지 :)<br><br>&nbsp;집에서 밀렸던 책도읽고, 청소도하고 집안일 이것저것 하고 하면서 한가한 주말을 보냈다. <br><br>&nbsp;월요일아 다시왔구나..안녕.. 왜왔어!!!!!으악;ㅅ; <br><div style="text-align:center"><img class="image_mid" border="0" onmouseover="this.style.cursor='pointer'" alt="" src="http://pds17.egloos.com/pds/200911/09/75/b0049775_4af6dd53368bb.jpg" width="295" height="383" onclick="Control.Modal.openDialog(this, event, 'http://pds17.egloos.com/pds/200911/09/75/b0049775_4af6dd53368bb.jpg');" /></div>&nbsp;집에서 요런거 만들어먹었다.. 두부에 계란옷 입혀서 굽기 뭐..그냥 생두부에 계란후라이 먹는맛이랄까-_-;;<br>&nbsp;<br>계란옷이 입혀져 있어서 속 두부는 부들부들하고 맛 괜찮다. 다이어트식으로 좋은듯:)<br>&nbsp;<br/><br/>tag : <a href="/tag/주절주절" rel="tag">주절주절</a>,&nbsp;<a href="/tag/사소한일상" rel="tag">사소한일상</a>			 ]]>

  <p>오늘은 아침 7시부터 8시40분까지 운동 :)<br><br>&nbsp;내가 웰빙라이프를 살고있다. -_-; 사람이참 무섭다. 습관이란건 들이기나름..<br><br>&nbsp;7시에 헬스장가서 사이클5분에서10분하고,&nbsp;스트레칭 웨이트 40분정도하고 나머지 유산소 !<br><br>오늘도 숫자 이상하게 세는 트레이너님 덕분에.. 크런치 40개, 양쪽 옆구리운동 20개, 다리들기 30개 *4셋트 했다-_-<br><br>&nbsp;허리가 끊어질것같다 ㅠㅠ 확실히 근육은 생기는거 같은데.. 지방은 아직 빠질라면 멀었구나..<br><br>&nbsp;허리가 왜 점점 두꺼워지는 기분이지-_-;;; 몸무게도 줄지않고..음..ㅡ_ㅡ <br><br>근육이 생겼나 보다 해야지뭐.. 겉보기엔 더 슬림해보이는건 맞는데 음..ㅡㅡ ;;아직 한참 더해야겠다 운동;&nbsp;<br><br>&nbsp;밤에 집에와서도 좀 해볼까 하는데 힘들어서 완전 지지-ㅅㅠ<br><br>&nbsp;먹은건 오늘도 고구마, 두부, 계란 ,사과, 야채버섯파프리카볶음*-_-*, 찹쌀도넛 반조각, 배반쪽, 저지방우유 ,아몬드 한줌<br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;대충 1300칼로리 :)&nbsp; 찹쌀도넛에서 에러다.. <br><br>&nbsp;많이먹는구나 나..--; 종류도 다양하셔; 먹는것 좀 줄여야겠다 </p><br />

		<title><![CDATA[ 091027 아침형 인간돼기 2틀째-_-; ]]> </title>

  <br>&nbsp;새벽 6시 눈을떴다. 다시감았다.. 이불에서 뒹굴뒹굴 결국 6시 40분에 기상~;<br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;츄리닝 챙겨입고 헬스장도착하니 7시가 좀 넘었다. 7시 20분쯤 운동시작~<br><br>&nbsp;웨이트 40분? 유산소 40분 정도 한것같다. <br><br>&nbsp;웨이트는..스트레칭을 하고있자니 트레이너 친구가 와서 복근운동을 가르쳐줬다.<br><br>&nbsp;나의 효리언니복근을 만들겠다는 말도안되는 투지에 껄껄웃으며 이것저것 잘 알려준다&nbsp;<br><br>&nbsp;알고있는 운동들이긴 했지만, 자세교정과 바른호홉법 등등 잘 가르쳐줘서 덕분에..<br><br>배가끊어질듯 운동했다..-_-;;<br><br>&nbsp;"20개만 해요."<br><br>해서 20개했더니..   24,25일 술술술 // 안주도 많이~~ 거기다 먹고바로잤당 ㅎ ㅣ~<br><br>결과는 +2kg...이젠 하도 반복했더니 충격적이지도않다...<br><br>&nbsp; 오늘 26일 <br><br>&nbsp;사과,두유,고구마2개, 돼지고기목살보쌈...[..]. 단감1개 무화과2개<br><br>&nbsp;오늘도 야곰야곰 많이먹었다.<br><br>&nbsp;운동 아침에 유산소 40분&nbsp; <br><br><br>&nbsp;이제 아침형 인간으로 거듭나려고 한다 . 원체 아침잠이많아서 가능할런지 모르겠다만..<br><br>&nbsp;해봐야지.&nbsp; <br><br>&nbsp;* 헬스장에서 인바디 측정한결과는 2키로 찌우란다 ㅡ_ㅡ 근데, 그 기록따우 뭐 누가 그대로하냐능.. 거기서 -7키로정도해야<br>&nbsp;미용체중이더만. 인바디는 그냥 딱 건강한수치고.. 분석해주는데 난 근육도많이없고 지방도적은편이고 수분도 부족이란다. <br><strike>그럼난.. 뼈무겐가?-_-;;;;;;;;내몸은 뭘로 구성되어있는거지?[...]</strike>&nbsp; <br>운동처방은 유산소 최소한으로하고, 근력운동많이~!<br>&nbsp; 헬스장 오전트레이너가 자상하고 친절하고 잘해준다:) 나랑 동갑내기 강원도에서 올라온 순수 시골청년인데, 참 착하다. <br>참..착한데 운동은 근육이 끊어질듯 아플때까지해야 지방이탄다고.. 내일부터 근력운동 시작하라고 가르쳐주겠다는데 각오하고 오라고한다.&nbsp; 음 이러다 내일 아침운동하고 뻗어서 출근못하는거 아닐까몰라..<br>&nbsp;일찍자야돼는데 글은 요기서 마무리하고, 컴터 끄고 얼른 자야겠다...:) <br><br>&nbsp;1시전에 자기 습관들이기 시작~!&nbsp; <br><br />

  <p>어제꺼 운동일기-_-;<br><br>&nbsp;한 일주일을 운동일기를 못썼다..orz..<br><br>&nbsp;하긴.. 제대로 한게없으니...ㅠㅡ ㅠ&nbsp;<br><br>어제는 헬쓰장 처음가서..&nbsp; 싸이클5분 복근운동, 스쿼트,런지 40분 정도 스트레칭 10분 딱 요만큼 운동하고왔다;&nbsp;<br><br>&nbsp;오늘&nbsp; 먹은것<br><br>&nbsp; 스콘..*-_-* 400kal 스타벅스에스프레소 더블샷[완전맛있...;ㅅ;] 110kal&nbsp; 고구마 400 두부 80 과자--;100&nbsp;<br><br>두유110 총 1200칼로리정도.&nbsp;<br><br>&nbsp;야금야금 찌고있다..긴장해......&nbsp;;;&nbsp;<br><br>&nbsp;운동은 오늘은 원정혜요가 40분..따라해봤는데. 이건 내몸은 많이 고장나있나보다..아이코쑤셔라..-_-;<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>* 일이 너무 정신없이 바빠졌다. 주중엔 정말 일일일일 이러고 사는것 같네.. 나쁘진&nbsp; 않은데 좋지도않다. <br>겨울엔 일이 더 많아질 것 같은데 .. 건강좀 챙겨야지..&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;바야흐로 감기군이 찾아오는 계절이다..!!!긴장하자 손잘씻고! </p><br />
